The Doctor Who Races
He Doesn’t Just Talk About Health. He Lives It.
At an age when most slow down, Dr. David Minkoff is still racing—proving what’s possible when the body is nourished, trained, and treated the way it was designed.
Dr. David Minkoff began running marathons in his 30s—but it wasn’t until his 40s that he discovered triathlons. And once he started, he never stopped.
Now in his 70s, Dr. Minkoff has completed over 40 full Ironman triathlons, including 8 qualifications for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
He trains every day. He fuels his body with the same protocols he’s developed for his patients. And he’s a living example of what functional medicine and cellular optimization can truly achieve.
“I use my body as the ultimate lab. I want to prove that if you treat the body right—it won’t just heal. It will outperform your expectations.” — Dr. David Minkoff
Why This Matters
Minkoff’s athletic life isn’t just about competition—it’s about embodying the philosophy he teaches.
He isn’t recommending protocols he doesn’t use. He isn’t preaching health from behind a desk. He’s out there proving that the human body—when properly supported—can defy aging, reverse decline, and perform at elite levels well into later life.
He’s not just a doctor.
He’s proof.
